As a Travel Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of employee travel and accommodation bookings, as well as playing a crucial role in maintaining financial control, supporting our team with exceptional administrative skills and an eagle eye for detail.
Job Responsibility:
Process and book travel and accommodation bookings quickly whilst obtaining best value for the business
Assist with processing of travel expense claims
Liaise with employees and management regarding expense queries
Maintain detailed and organised expense records and reports
Support month-end financial reconciliation related to expenses
Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in expense submissions
Continuously improve processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
Proven experience in expense administration or a similar finance/administrative role
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
