Job Description

As a Travel Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of employee travel and accommodation bookings, as well as playing a crucial role in maintaining financial control, supporting our team with exceptional administrative skills and an eagle eye for detail.

Job Responsibility

  • Process and book travel and accommodation bookings quickly whilst obtaining best value for the business
  • Assist with processing of travel expense claims
  • Liaise with employees and management regarding expense queries
  • Maintain detailed and organised expense records and reports
  • Support month-end financial reconciliation related to expenses
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in expense submissions
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

  • Proven experience in expense administration or a similar finance/administrative role
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
