Requirements

RN preferred with an active license in New Hampshire or Massachusetts (no restrictions)
BSN or MSN preferred (will evaluate individually)
Acute care hospital experience required (ER, Med-Surg, ICU, Critical Care)
Familiarity with medical devices (e.g., IV pumps)
Ability to build strong relationships with clinical staff
Must be highly flexible with travel and scheduling

Job Responsibility

Complete initial training (6-8 weeks depending on experience) on client-specific medical devices
Lead site implementations across 4 hospital locations (approximately 2 weeks per site)
Provide hands-on training and support for clinical staff during rollouts
Travel as needed for site implementations (local and out-of-state), typically in 1-2 week intervals
Adapt to varying schedules, including day, night, and occasional overnight shifts

Job Responsibility

Performs initial nursing assessment on new admissions
Completes, coordinates, and revises the total plan of care and maintains continuity of patient care by collaborating with appropriate staff

Develops, prepares, and maintains individualized patient care progress records with accuracy, timeliness and according to care center policies
Records pain/symptom management changes/outcomes as appropriate

Performs on-call responsibilities and on-call services to patients/families as assigned
Performs other duties as assigned

Registered Nurse (RN) - Associates Degree
2 years of recent (within 6-10 months) RN dialysis experience
Minimum of 2 years acute care experience
Must demonstrate high proficiency level in the area of hemodialysis, critical care nursing assessment and intervention
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience

Provide care/service from a chronically ill to a critically ill through rehabilitating adolescent through geriatric patient population
Incorporate multiple disciplinary care and management with involved health care team members
Adhere to established Hospital/departmental policies and procedures, objectives, Quality Assessment and Improvement Program, legal, safety, environmental, infection control standards, Nurse Practices Act and Patient's Bill of Rights
Apply clinical knowledge and expertise for coordinating patient care by regularly planning and evaluating the care of patients
Establish and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with other staff members, physicians, patients, patient family members, and the public as appropriate, while assuring confidentiality of all patient information
Demonstrate effective nursing judgement and a working knowledge of the nursing process
Provide guidance to interdisciplinary team members by supervising nursing interventions and assisting with related tasks
