Job Responsibility:

  • Reporting and analyzing logistical and fiscal readiness and effectiveness, improvement opportunities and shortfalls, collect data, and perform audits
  • Provide travel document and system support
  • Support the Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) Program
  • Serve as a non-certifying Centrally Billed Account (CBA) Specialist to reconcile invoices, transactions, adjust documents and track status
  • Provide emergent support when requested

Requirements:

  • Must have achieved a High School education
  • At least 5 years' experience with the Defense Travel System
  • Knowledge of Joint Travel Regulations
  • Must be familiar with GTCC and CBA programs
  • Knowledge and experience providing quality customer service to Government employees, military personnel, contractors, and/or visitors
  • Have an active Secret Clearance
