Do you live in Lisbon and speak fluent German and English? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're looking for dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialists to join our Travel Assistance team in Lisbon for the German Market. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for travelers facing unexpected situations — providing essential insurance support and guidance when they need it most.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service to German travelers facing various situations (accidents, breakdowns, etc.) via phone, email, and chat
  • Coordinate with service providers and partners to ensure timely and seamless support
  • Accurately document all interactions and resolutions
  • Remain calm and supportive under pressure

Requirements

  • German fluency at C1 level minimum (no accent restrictions)
  • Second language: Intermediate English OR Portuguese
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (travel, insurance, or related fields)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Clear, empathetic, and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for a hybrid work model in Lisbon (3 days in-office at Saldanha, 2 days remote)
  • Rotating shifts 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays (night shifts always remote)
  • Important: The first 3 months will be 100% on-site, with the first month dedicated to intensive training
