Job Description:

Our client is a well renowned tour operator who specialise in adventure and activity-based holidays. Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting for a Travel After Sales Executive who can in contribute to the smooth-running of the smooth-running of the Aftersales & Operations department with specific responsibility for providing an exemplary pre and post-sale service to customers and maintaining professional working relationships with supplier partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
  • Answer incoming customer emails and take appropriate action for each email
  • Input data into the reservation system platform to keep each existing customer record updated and to enter new records when appropriate
  • Liaise with suppliers to fulfil the customer request - e.g. flight seats, airport assistance
  • Work with the Operations team to fulfil customer requests - e.g. extra hotel nights, dietary requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous customer services, operations or support experience within the travel industry is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
