Job Description:

A great opportunity has arisen for a Travel Administration Assistant to join this excellent retail travel company in East London. The role will be to support the existing team in a varied role and would be a great opportunity to gain experience in the industry. The role is Monday-Friday and office based paying a salary of circa £24,800. This role would suit early career candidates seeking to develop experience in an office based administrative role as part of a friendly, supportive team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Keeping social media channels updated
  • Assistance with issuing tickets and online check-ins
  • Loading passport information
  • General administrative duties to support the team
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Familiar with social media channels - ability to post holiday offers etc
  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • A team player who approaches tasks with enthusiasm and initiative
  • An interest in travel although direct travel experience is not required
