About Our School We are a leading independent day school for students aged 5-16 who have experienced significant trauma or multiple Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). We operate across two distinct sites designed to meet the developmental needs of our pupils: Junior Site (Newton Abbot): Years 1-8. Focused on exploration, outdoor learning, and nurturing small groups. Senior Site (Ashburton): Years 8-11. Focused on talent development, life skills, and post-16 preparation. Who We Are Looking For: We need resilient, empathetic, and professional individuals who understand that 'behaviour is communication.' You must be comfortable working with students who have complex EHCPs and SEMH needs. Essential Criteria: A trauma-informed mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
