Now Hiring: Therapist – Lake Worth, FL & Palm Beach Gardens We're seeking a unique, passionate, and authentic therapist or psychologist to join our vibrant Palm Beach County team! We’re especially interested in professionals experienced in EMDR, Brainspotting, or another trauma focused modality. Ideal candidates are engaging, team-oriented, and excited to help clients heal and grow.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide mental health assessments, diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team and engage in regular consultation
  • Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals
  • Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers
  • Attend clinical meetings and ongoing training
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 sessions/week

Requirements

  • Fully licensed in Florida as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologists (we will consider pre-licensed as well)
  • Experienced working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
  • Skilled in trauma, substance use, or school-based therapy preferred
  • Familiar with documentation, insurance billing, and community resources
  • Credentialed or able to be credentialed with insurance panels

  • 1+ years prior experience in any setting interacting with children and adolescents required
  • Completion of all necessary documentation and fees for LPC In-Training or APSW licensure
  • LPC In-training or APSW licensure is required within 30-45 days of start date
