Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and enforce DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies
  • Conduct new‑hire and ongoing safety training for drivers and transportation staff
  • Oversee accident investigations, documentation, and corrective action plans
  • Perform regular safety audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
  • Manage driver qualification files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Track and report safety metrics, violations, and trends to leadership
  • Coordinate random drug and alcohol testing as required
