Job Description:

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position providing wayfinding assistance and general transportation information while supporting interior campus lot operations for a high-volume corporate shuttle system serving 20,000 Boeing employees daily. Working primarily outdoors (~70% of time), specialists assist with crowd control, traffic flow, and customer service while supporting Transportation Field Supervisors and Customer Service Leads. The role operates within a 24/7 transportation network requiring adaptability and strong customer service skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Working with transportation leadership to maintain optimal service levels in the field
  • Assisting with crowd control and directing traffic flow in interior campus parking areas
  • Providing excellent customer service to Boeing employees and visitors using shuttle services
  • Supporting Transportation Field Supervisors with daily operational tasks
  • Reporting operational issues and safety concerns through proper channels
  • Maintaining clean and organized service areas
  • Communicating effectively with team members and other vendors on-site
  • Adapting to varying shift demands and operational priorities

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Drivers license
  • Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions for majority of shift
