GRAEF has an exciting opportunity available for a Transportation Engineer in our Orlando, FL office.

Job Responsibility

  • Project engineering on a variety of transportation, highway and local street design projects
  • Professional society involvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical design experience in transportation engineering, highway design, and local street design
  • Knowledge of FDOT design and standards is highly preferred
  • EIT required
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D software is a significant advantage

  • Projects you’ll work on will vary, however some common ones may include traffic planning, roadway and railway design, geometric layout, drainage analysis, erosion control, and/or environmental clearance coordination
  • The projects you work on may also be Federal, State, County and municipal roadways
