Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Civil Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) with an interest in roadway and transportation design to support a variety of projects, including urban and rural roadways, multimodal paths, and highway and interchange improvements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work alongside experienced engineers on meaningful transportation projects
  • Contribute to project delivery through CAD drafting and design support
  • Assist with research and preparation of technical reports
  • Participate in field observations and site visits as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program
  • Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in roadway, transportation, or civil engineering
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley MicroStation is a plus
