Job Description

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort, is looking for a Transportation Driver who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Job Responsibility

  • Transport guests safely across the island, including airport transfers, inter-hotel travel, trips to town, and scheduled activities
  • Operate vehicles responsibly in full compliance with traffic laws, company standards, and hands-free communication requirements
  • Deliver a professional arrival and departure experience with punctual service, attentive luggage handling, and door-to-door assistance
  • Maintain clean, well-prepared vehicles, including setting appropriate music and temperature for a comfortable ride
  • Communicate clearly with guests regarding routes and timing while delivering a welcoming, polished, and service-focused experience, and collaborate with administrative and cross-property teams to ensure seamless, coordinated transportation from pick-up to drop-off

Requirements

  • Legal work authorization in United States
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends
  • Hawaii Driver's Abstract and Public Utilities Commission's Certification
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods, lift up to 75lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

  • Transports meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other items as deemed necessary for participant
  • Provides physical assistance to each participant when needed as he/she boards and debarks from the program’s vehicles
  • Ensures vehicle equipment is maintained and operating within manufactures recommendations, replacing supplies as needed
