Working as Full-time Transportation Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the Transportation department, while providing transportation solutions to the field.
Job Responsibility:
Working with Branches and Hub’s to assist in their transportation needs
Maintaining a Transportation database of external carriers, suppliers, and customers
Collaborating with internal teams, carriers and suppliers to meet transportation goals
Auditing and processing internal Transportation documents
Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Work independently as well as in a team environment
