Job Responsibility

  • Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed
  • Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents
  • Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments
  • Monitor daily documentation and filing
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification preferred, or willingness to complete a state-approved CNA program and become a Nursing Assistant (CNA) within six (6) months of hire
  • Current/active CPR certification
  • Valid State Driver’s License with no more than 3 entries
  • counting accidents, moving violation, and failures to appear
  • Customer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure
