Job Responsibility:
Support with the full compliance of the Home Delivery Fleet in line with vehicle operator licensing legislation and regulations which includes accurate vehicle records (up to 2 years) servicing in line with regulations and Drivers Hours, Working Time and Daily Checks
Ensure that all vehicles are kept to pre-set standards are always legally compliant
Ensure the warehouse/distribution centre is clean, tidy and organised
Ensure all transport centre administration is carried out in an efficient, well organised and effective manner i.e. sign of delivery documentation and making sure payment has been received
With the DM ensure all /distribution employees deliver the Premier Delivery Service consistently, including pre delivery inspections, use of protective equipment etc
Actively support the store in delivering the Awesome Experience
Ensure all customer service interactions and communication by distribution employees are polite and courteous
Communicating clearly and confidently with your team
Always following health & safety procedures
Making a difference every day to the customer experience
Requirements:
