Job Description:

Join the Transport Team in Mallorca, Spain as a Transport Planning Agent. Support transport planning while making operations profitable and ensuring an excellent guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Play a supportive role on the day-to-day transport operation
  • assist bus drivers in scheduling duties and ensure availability of buses
  • support to resolve incidents impacting transfer planning
  • ensure efficiency and profitability in transfer planning
  • ensure availability of vehicles according to daily planning and reserve them as appropriate
  • request service support from collaborating companies if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Experience in tourism and transport operations
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
  • capability to work under pressure
  • MS Office and well-developed computer skills
  • culturally intelligent individual who enjoys working in an international environment
  • excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
  • driver license and own car.
