Love customer service and working with people but looking for something a bit different? Based in an office environment, you’ll work with our customers and commercials teams via telephone and email to coordinate delivery of our asphalt and aggregate products. Working for the largest independent construction materials business in the UK and Ireland, you won’t be restricted by lots of red tape; you will have the opportunity to engage with your customers, truly getting to know them.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to enquiries and work in an organised fashion
Planning of our asphalt plants making sure we are supplying from our most cost-effective plant
Scheduling and monitoring of customers’ orders
Meet customers’ requirements whilst keeping them informed and maximising our commercial opportunities
Effective communication between both internal and external stake holders right up to delivery
Requirements:
Customer service experience
Good attention to detail
Efficient multi-tasker
Experience or knowledge of Asphalt and Aggregates is preferred
Nice to have:
Experience or knowledge of Asphalt and Aggregates is preferred
