Job Responsibility:
Basic Fatigue Management compliance (training will be provided)
Ensuring all operational, administration, customer service, relationships are managed in a professional and appropriate manner
Maintaining effective, efficient and best practice logistics solutions within the operations (planning, allocating and scheduling work)
Answering phone calls
Data entry
General administrative / operational tasks
Requirements:
Clear communication skills – both written and oral
Strong relationship building skills
Strong attention to detail
An ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Capable of making decisions quickly
Fast and competent computer use, incl Microsoft Office
The ability to work alone and in teams when required
Multitasking across a variety of work throughout your shift
