We’re looking for a Transport Manager who’s excited to shape our global logistics network, elevate performance, and bring structure and innovation to a fast-scaling environment. You will take full global ownership of our transport and logistics procurement, strategy, and performance management. In this role, you will ensure that our transport and warehouse distribution networks are cost-efficient, reliable, and scalable, while driving structured sourcing, performance tracking, and continuous optimization across all regions together with relevant teams.
Job Responsibility:
Own and lead the global transport & logistics roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and execution milestones
Lead rolling tenders for all freight, transport, and warehouse logistics services worldwide
Negotiate and benchmark supplier agreements to secure the best cost-to-service balance
Define, measure, and report core logistics KPIs, including cost per shipment, lead times, carrier performance, delivery precision, and warehouse service levels
Analyze transport and warehouse volumes across markets to identify consolidation opportunities and economies of scale
Design, refine, and continuously improve global transport routes and warehouse configurations for maximum efficiency and reliability
Develop global standards for booking flows, documentation, customs handling, sustainability reporting, and operational processes
Drive initiatives to reduce emissions, improve load efficiency, and support greener logistics solutions across the network
Partner closely with Operations, E-commerce, Warehousing, and Regional Service Centers to align strategy, service levels, and execution
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in transport or logistics management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with KPI tracking and process implementation on a global scale
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across teams and regions
Proven negotiation skills and experience engaging with logistics providers and warehouse partners
Ability to drive structure, consistency, and operational excellence in a global environment
