Transport Manager

• Managing the company’s vehicle fleet to ensure efficient, cost-effective operations and optimal utilization
• Leading and supporting the dispatcher team, while coordinating transport schedules and resource planning
• Overseeing fleet tracking and analyzing performance data to improve operational efficiency
• Organizing and supervising vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing to maintain a high-quality fleet
• Maintaining accurate payroll records and ensuring efficient administrative processes
• Preparing regular reports, statistics, and performance insights to support management decisions
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors, resolving issues as needed and ensuring compliance with relevant transport regulations
• Participating in the recruitment and selection of new drivers, and continuously supporting, motivating, and evaluating the existing driving team

• Higher education or relevant experience in transport/logistics
• Strong background in fleet and team management
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and fleet tracking tools
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Valid category B driving license (C+E or own truck experience is a plus)
