Transport manager

• Managing the company’s vehicle fleet
• Leading and supporting the dispatcher team
• Overseeing fleet tracking and analyzing performance data
• Organizing and supervising vehicle maintenance
• Maintaining accurate payroll records
• Preparing regular reports and statistics
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors
• Participating in the recruitment and selection of new drivers

• Higher education or relevant experience in transport/logistics
• Strong background in fleet and team management
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and fleet tracking tools
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Valid category B driving license (C+E or own truck experience is a plus)
