Job Responsibility

Checking in drivers and entering orders in the in house system
Doing billing follow ups
Dealing with any other tasks within the office
When the driver arrives to the office, he hands over all his bills from his pick-ups and PODs from his deliveries to the Logistics Clerk
All of the driver’s bills to verify that all the bills match to what is written on the driver’s run sheet
Handling customer inquiries via phone, email or in person
Entering necessary information into their in house system
Follow up with carriers when needed
Printing labels and scanning
