Job Responsibility

Manage daily employee transport operations to ensure timely, safe, and reliable pickups and drop-offs
Use TMS for roster uploads, route planning, trip creation, vehicle allocation, monitoring, and recordkeeping
Track live operations, resolve delays or no-shows, and coordinate with vendors and drivers on corrective actions
Oversee vendor performance, safety, compliance, audits, and recurring issue resolution through CAPA and SLA reviews
Handle employee queries, billing validation, and MIS reporting on transport performance, costs, complaints, and utilization
