Job Description:

Transport Driver reporting to our facility in Ottumwa, IA. Transport Drivers are responsible for ensuring our products are delivered to our regional distribution centers and/or drop sites in a safe and timely manner. Typically no-touch freight. Consistent runs, home daily. Performs required pre and post trip vehicle inspections and maintains all required DOT documentation (including trip electronic logs). Averages 2,000 - 2,300 miles per week. Averages 3-4 drop and hooks per shift.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure products are delivered to regional distribution centers and/or drop sites in a safe and timely manner
  • Perform required pre and post trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain all required DOT documentation (including trip electronic logs)
  • Average 2,000 - 2,300 miles per week
  • Average 3-4 drop and hooks per shift

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL A)
  • 1 year of commercial driving experience
  • Lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
