Job Responsibility

Coordinate with the management team to ensure orders are picked and dispatched accurately and on time
Monitor and log product quality checks: dates, temperatures, correct cold-chain handling

Conduct inspections on Forklift, Pallet Truck & Pivot Steer Trucks daily
Comply with all Health & Safety protocols and company policies
Any other duties required connected with poultry processing

Maintain constant communication with airport teams, drivers, and transport providers to manage passenger flow and respond promptly to operational updates or changes
Coordinate meet-and-greet services to ensure a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for all arriving and departing clients
Track flight movements, service requests, and vehicle activity using transport management systems and monitoring tools
Identify, escalate, and resolve operational issues or delays in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Support the implementation of FIFA service standards and DSLAs, ensuring all transport operations meet defined quality and timing expectations
Liaise with airport authorities, security services, and functional area leads to maintain safety, compliance, and smooth coordination across operations
