Job Responsibility:

  • Schedule and allocate daily driver runs efficiently, optimizing routes and resources to minimize costs
  • Act as the primary contact for drivers, providing clear instructions and timely support
  • Address driver inquiries and resolve operational issues, including delays and customer challenges
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively
  • Track driver progress and ensure adherence to schedules when required
  • Coordinate responses to emergencies or breakdowns, implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions
  • Identify opportunities to optimize fleet operations and improve overall efficiency
  • Participate in performance reviews and contribute to improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transport bookings and logistics coordination
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
