Job Description

Transport Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all guest and employee transportation. This role ensures smooth airport-to-resort transfers, effective seaplane coordination, and boat operations. The objective is to deliver a safe, efficient, and seamless arrival and departure experience for guests and associate.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate all guest transfers, including seaplane and boat movements between the airport and resorts
  • Liaise with seaplane operator, airport representatives, and other operations departments to ensure accurate and timely transfer arrangements
  • Arrange employee transfers for new joiners, departures, rotations, and inter-resort movements
  • Prepare and distribute daily transfer schedules, manifests, and movement plans with accuracy
  • Monitor flight schedules, weather conditions, and operational changes, responding promptly to delays or last-minute adjustments
  • Maintain detailed records of transfers, costs, coordination logs, and operational reports
  • Work closely with Front Office, Reservations, and Excursions teams to ensure a smooth and coordinated guest journey

Requirements

  • Previous experience in transport coordination or guest transfers, within a Maldives resort environment is preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute operational changes effectively
  • High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
