Job Responsibility:
Ensuring end-to-end transport coverage
provide efficient and cost effective transport service to the client
ensure each vehicle leaves at the exact appointed time
log start time and kilometre readings
ensure staff log boarding and initial pick up time
maintain a 24/7 transport helpdesk
monitor and report cases of speeding and other incidents
communicate with Transport Helpdesk over radio
fill log books upon arrival to client's site
handle operations on transport management software and tools
support the transport team at the client's facility
keep in touch with vendor supervisors
ensure employee personal data protection
keep record of important transport-related phone numbers
prepare work orders and assign unique reference number for each transport request
prepare daily, weekly and monthly transport reports
Requirements:
Graduate of any discipline
three to five years' experience in transport management in a BPO setting
demonstrate an aptitude in working with a team
solid background in developing and monitoring improvement programs
