Experience with over the road shipments is required, preferably from a Freight Forwarder, 3PL, Trucking or Shipping line experience

Job Responsibility

Organize inland transportation (truck and rail) shipments
Handle customers inquiries for shipment requests
Proactively track shipments and resolve delays, equipment shortages, or transport bottlenecks
Communicate daily with trucking companies, rail providers, and terminals to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and partners
