Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with driver onboarding
  • Enter the hours worked by the drivers in the system using Geotab
  • Follow up on the driving records of the company’s drivers
  • Check for compliance with laws and obligations in the field of transport
  • Coordinate with garage and truck maintenance schedules
  • Ensure quality customer service to all clients
  • Enter data related to billing
  • Support for logistics operations and the director of logistique is various additional tasks

Requirements:

  • Have successful experience in the field of transport (dispatcher, driver, administrative assistant for transport, ...) or any other relevant experiences
  • Have an advanced level of English and French (oral and written)
  • Know and master the office suite
  • Being someone organized and versatile
  • Focused and can prioritize tasks
  • Love teamwork and comfortable working in a small team
