Based in Campbelltown, this role is the "heartbeat" of our daily operations, ensuring our fleet moves efficiently and our customers receive world-class service. This is an immediate-start Temp-to-Perm opportunity, offering a clear pathway to a stable, long-term career for the right candidate. With great future prospects, you will be working in a fast-paced operations environment, you will be responsible for the seamless scheduling and dispatch of a diverse fleet. Your primary focus will be optimizing routes and managing driver compliance to meet daily delivery commitments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Efficiently plan and dispatch vehicles to meet customer orders and delivery windows
  • Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing clear instructions and monitoring real-time progress
  • Ensure all movements adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation and fatigue management protocols
  • Rapidly adjust schedules in response to traffic, delays, or changing customer priorities
  • Maintain accurate records in Excel and transport management systems, including manifest and delivery documentation

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in transport allocation, scheduling, or logistics coordination
  • Sound geographical knowledge of the NSW region
  • Solid understanding of NHVR/CoR regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Office essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
