Requirements

Previous experience as a truck driver or in transport allocation or scheduling, ideally within tipper or bulk haulage logistics

Job Responsibility

Manage customer orders and bookings with a timing sub-contractor’s allocation

Act as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing clear instructions and monitoring progress in real-time
Ensure all movements adhere to Chain of Responsibility (CoR) legislation and company safety protocols
Rapidly adjust schedules in response to delays, traffic congestion, or changing customer priorities
Maintain professional communication with clients regarding delivery windows and status updates
Maintain accurate records on Excel and ensure all paperwork (mass management, fatigue logs) is compliant
