Job Responsibility

Coordinate the booking, delivery, and collection of plant/equipment for internal and external projects
Carry out stock checks, maintain accurate records, and ensure all certification is up to date
Issue and manage purchase orders, hire paperwork, damage reports, and service documentation
Support transport planning, monitor KPIs, and update fleet records
Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and management to resolve queries and ensure service levels are met
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and supporting business processes
