Provide comprehensive care to kidney transplant patients, including pre-transplant evaluation, post-transplant management, and long-term follow-up
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, advanced practitioners, and transplant coordinators, to deliver exceptional care to patients
Collaborate with kidney, heart, and lung transplantation teams as part of a highly innovative program
Participate in paired kidney exchange programs through the National Kidney Registry
Engage in clinical research and academic activities to contribute to the growth and reputation of the transplant program
Offer compassionate and patient-focused care in a collaborative healthcare environment
Requirements
ABIM certification in Internal Medicine/Nephrology (or eligible)
Experience managing kidney transplant patients across all phases of care
Strong knowledge of current evidence-based practices in Transplant Nephrology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care
