Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the entire translation process from receipt of the brief to scheduling, translation, design, and approvals
  • Oversee translation schedules for high volumes of marketing emails and promotional campaigns weekly
  • Handle medium-sized projects, including designer launches, seasonal campaigns, and printed publications
  • Collaborate with the English production team to schedule projects and allocate sufficient time for quality work
  • Ensure all briefs are clear and comprehensive, capturing all necessary details, specifications, and quantities
  • Manage deadlines and approvals for the translation team, ensuring lead times are met
  • Work closely with production, translation, and web production teams to coordinate schedules effectively
