Job Description:

The jobholder is responsible for the new business on-boarding process for clients based in Taiwan of the Asia pacific region for HSBC Securities Services. The Global Transitions Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of new business initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into company operations. This role involves analyzing business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing project timelines to drive successful implementation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

To assist in project coordination and end-to-end implementation of new business initiatives, products, or system enhancements including maintaining a project plan, track milestones with all external and internal stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met
To identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to document business needs, processes, and workflows
To translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical and operational teams with liaison among Sales/CE/AM, IT, Finance, Operations and Legal to ensure alignment and delivery
To facilitate internal and client meetings to provide updates as well as to resolve implementation challenges
To maintain detailed project documentation, including process maps, user guides, and training materials as well as co-ordination for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
To conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement
To arrange post implementation follow up call

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in project management
Ability to multi-task and to prioritize in dynamic environments
