Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and execution of detailed demand, inventory, purchase, and delivery plans for various categories and customer segments
Analyze complex data sets and formulate strategic recommendations to achieve critical profitability, customer coverage, and inventory objectives
Gather, analyze, and meticulously compile data related to demand and inventory planning
Conduct thorough audits to ensure the accuracy and validity of all data
Prepare compelling data visualizations and reports that effectively support strategic decision-making
Develop and publish regular, comprehensive reports to keep management informed and facilitate proactive adjustments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience
PhD or Law Degree with 3 years of directly relevant experience
Master’s Degree with 4 years of directly relevant experience
Associate’s Degree with 6 years of directly relevant experience
High School Diploma with 7 years of directly relevant experience
Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing complex distribution, inventory, or supply chain plans
Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to various stakeholders and management
