Job Description:

We will be in charge of a 3 years complex transformation program for a large bank, composed by a concentration phase where we will be taking over the current contracts, a transition phase where we will reorganize the teams including nearshore and offshore components and a transformation phase where we will change the delivery models and we will apply new technologies such as GenAI, automation, low code. The role will belong to the CORE TEAM based in Paris France. The Transition Director for the Nearshore program will oversee all the concentration, transition and transformations with impact in onshore, streetshore and nearshore setups. This role is doubled by a Transition Director for the offshore activities in India and will directly report into the Program Director.

Job Responsibility:

Develop a detailed transition plan that outlines the scope, goals, deliverables, resources, risks, and dependencies of the change project
Define the roles and responsibilities of the transition team
Implement the transition plan, managing the day-to-day activities and tasks of the transition team
Monitor the progress and performance of the transition, tracking the milestones, issues, and risks, and reporting on the status and outcomes to the senior management and the stakeholders

Requirements:

Project management, change management, risk management, data analysis, and industry knowledge
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, budgeting, and resource allocation
Communication, collaboration, negotiation, leadership, and emotional intelligence
At least 10 years experience in project management
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, engineering
Certifications in project management, change management, or transition management
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a real asset
French Advanced Level
Open to travel half of the time
