Proven experience in contract management, ideally including contract expiry, transition, or hand-back phases
Eligibility to obtain UK Security Check (SC) clearance
Experience supporting or delivering projects or programmes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Full UK driving licence

Job Responsibility

Support audits, reviews, and governance meetings related to contract transitions
Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones throughout the exit lifecycle
Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate, including O&M manuals, compliance certificates, and maintenance records
Lead and coordinate contractual termination with stake
Ensure all contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and legal duties are met
Work closely with internal teams to verify accuracy and completeness of contract deliverables
Maintain and manage the hand-back programme plan, risk register, and associated documentation

Prepare reports, chronologies, summaries, and other documents to support HART's position on claims
Collaborate with construction management staff and experts to evaluate and monitor claims
Develop correspondence, task orders, and other claims-related documents
Create reports using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other software as required
Organize claims materials and files to ensure appropriate access for all stakeholders
Strategize with project managers, corporate counsel, or other involved parties to provide litigation support for claims
