The Transformation Senior Associate will support JLL's enterprise-wide transformation to execute Strategy 2030, reporting to the Global Head of Transformation. This role is responsible for analyzing complex business challenges, developing data-driven insights, and supporting the execution of strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct strategic analysis of JLL's Strategy 2030 execution and identify optimization opportunities
Support the translation of strategic imperatives into actionable transformation programs and initiatives
Perform detailed strategic assessment of the 3-5 strategic big bet initiatives
Develop comprehensive business cases and strategic ROI models for transformation investments
Analyze cross-functional transformation efforts across business lines (Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, REMS) and functions
Design strategic KPIs, success metrics, and executive dashboard reporting for transformation initiatives
Analyze strategic impact and ROI of transformation investments from an enterprise perspective
Consolidate strategic performance data from enterprise-led and business line-led initiatives
Create strategic executive-level dashboards and presentations for C-suite and board visibility
Support strategic transformation governance framework operations
Use data, facts, and logical reasoning to make recommendations against tight timelines
Develop complex financial models and analytical frameworks to support decision-making
Synthesize large amounts of information into clear, communicable formats for various stakeholders
Create work product-focused deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, Excel models, and written reports
Support enterprise-wide change management initiatives to accelerate adoption
Analyze organizational barriers and develop recommendations to overcome resistance
Track cultural transformation metrics and employee engagement data
Support development of transformation capabilities across the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
MBA or advanced degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or transformation roles
Experience in professional services, real estate, or related industries preferred
Proven track record supporting large-scale organizational change initiatives
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
Experience with data visualization tools and dashboard creation
Financial modeling and business case development experience
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Strategic thinking with ability to see the big picture while managing details
Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
