Wellness by Boots is looking for a Transformation Project Manager to lead critical change initiatives that improve how our business operates and delivers for customers. You'll drive end‑to‑end transformation projects, aligning people, processes and technology to create measurable impact, while ensuring delivery is on time, within scope and commercially effective. The role is a 12 Months fixed term contract based at Boots Support Office in Beeston. With some travel expected to store's and other business locations. The successful candidate will be working cross functionally with diverse teams, partnering the programme management team to deliver the Wellness programme ambition.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the planning and delivery of allocated projects using best‑practice project management methods
Build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and engagement
Manage project plans, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and change control
Provide clear reporting to the Programme Manager and stakeholders
Remove blockers, resolve issues and escalate when required
Track project benefits and drive continuous improvement across ways of working
Requirements:
Project management experience - good knowledge and experience in project delivery within a retail or FMCG environment
Excellent 'project delivery' track record in an operational, commercial or technical role
Hold to account cross business teams (commercial and technical) to drive business outcomes
Experience working in a fast‑paced, change‑driven organisation
Exposure to portfolio management or PMO environments
A project management qualification (e.g., APM, Prince2, AgilePM)
Experience delivering technology‑enabled change
