Job Description

FM Conway is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to join our Business Transformation Team. As our Transformation Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of significant transformation projects to support the FM Conway business strategy. You will work closely with internal and external customers, along with internal teams and external service providers. This is a permanent, full time position based from our head office in Sevenoaks.

Job Responsibility

  • Delivering transformation projects in accordance with the appropriate governance framework (waterfall/agile/hybrid)
  • Defining project objectives, scope, outcomes, and deliverables
  • Day to day management of the project from concept to closure
  • Proactively monitoring the projects progress, including recording, resolution and escalation of associated issues and risks
  • Managing stakeholders at all levels, including executive board members
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation

  • Well organised and proactive Transformation Project Manager
  • Experienced in managing multiple, complex projects
  • Worked closely with Business Analysts, IT and Technical delivery teams
  • Managed tender, RFQ/RFP processes
  • Previously controlled project budgets
  • Strong customer focus

  • Delivering internal transformation projects - lead the full lifecycle of internal projects, ensuring outcomes support wider business goals,keeping workstreams on track, solving problems, and ensuring the right actions happen at the right time
  • Own the full project lifecycle - Manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment, leading each project from initiation to handover. You’ll build clear forecasts and plans, manage budgets, and keep delivery on track using tools like Monday.com and methodologies like Waterfall and PRINCE2
  • Understand our solutions - Develop a strong understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, and Security offerings so you can confidently represent our services throughout delivery
