BAE Systems is seeking a confident and proactive Transformation Project Lead to join the Procurement Optimisation Team on a 12-month basis (maternity cover). This role will lead and deliver Procurement transformation, optimisation and business change initiatives, working across teams to drive engagement, collaboration and measurable outcomes.

Job Responsibility:
