Broster Buchanan are partnering exclusively with a key client that are entering a pivotal phase of growth as it transitions from a traditional Value-Added Reseller and Systems Integrator to a scalable Managed Services Provider. To support this shift, the business is seeking a Transformation Programme Lead to redesign and modernise the operational and financial backbone of the organisation. This individual will lead the transformation of Finance and Solutions engine, driving the integration of systems, processes and governance across Finance, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, IT and Service Delivery. The role will focus on building a scalable operating model capable of supporting recurring revenue, managed services growth and complex solutions delivery. Working closely with the Finance Director, CTO and Head of Transformation, the successful candidate will deliver programmes spanning finance transformation, systems integration (Salesforce, NetSuite and ITSM), business process re-engineering and service delivery design.

Job Responsibility
