The Transformation Program Lead is a high-impact, execution-focused role at the heart of our operational transformation agenda. Sitting within the Transformation Office, this individual acts as the on-the-ground engine of change — owning the end-to-end delivery of discrete process transformation initiatives, from diagnostic and design through to implementation and BAU handover. This is not a strategy-only role. We are looking for someone who can think like a consultant and execute like an operator — structuring complex problems with rigour, driving workstreams to resolution, and embedding sustainable change that outlasts their tenure on any given initiative. In this role you will partner with our Global Process Owners, operational teams in our global Client Delivery Centers, Product and Technology, as well as leaders across Client Delivery and in our Lines of Business to define and execute on our plans, in a regulated, client-centric, and compliance-minded environment.
Job Responsibility
Take full ownership of the delivery of assigned transformation initiatives, managing scope, timeline, milestones, risks, and dependencies end-to-end
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, ensuring workstreams are sequenced logically, resourced appropriately, and progressing on track
Drive a culture of accountability and pace across the program team, removing blockers and maintaining momentum
Ensure robust documentation of processes, decisions, and outcomes throughout the engagement lifecycle
Lead structured problem-solving across complex, ambiguous challenges — breaking down issues, forming and testing hypotheses, and driving to clear, actionable conclusions
Proactively identify risks and issues
design and implement pragmatic mitigations before they escalate
Apply analytical rigor and sound judgement to prioritize competing demands and make well-reasoned trade-offs
Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders related to the assigned transformation initiative
Build strong, trust-based relationships across business, technology, and operations teams
Prepare and deliver high-quality reporting and updates to senior leadership, including written program status reports, risk dashboards, and executive briefings
Navigate differing stakeholder perspectives with diplomacy, ensuring alignment and buy-in at each stage of the program
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 1–3 Business Analysts, providing clear direction, structured workstream ownership, and regular feedback
Foster a high-performance, collaborative team environment with strong analytical and delivery standards
Model best practice in problem structuring, communication, and stakeholder engagement for the wider team
Design and embed the operating model, processes, controls, and performance metrics needed to sustain transformed ways of working
Partner closely with BAU teams throughout the initiative to ensure they are equipped, trained, and ready to operate independently post-handover
Execute clean, structured handovers at program close, including knowledge transfer, documentation, and transition support
Move fluidly between transformation initiatives as each program concludes
Requirements
7–12+ years of professional experience, with a strong track record in program management, transformation delivery, or management consulting at a top-tier firm or in a comparable internal role
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs from initiation through to implementation and handover
Exceptional structured problem-solving skills — able to decompose ambiguous challenges, synthesize data, and drive to clear conclusions
Outstanding stakeholder management capabilities, including experience presenting and reporting to C-suite or equivalent senior leadership
Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to produce crisp executive-level written materials and facilitate high-stakes meetings with confidence
Proven ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments and manage multiple competing demands
Experience building, directing, and developing small teams
High levels of personal drive, ownership, and accountability
Domain knowledge in one or more of the following: Fund Administration (e.g., NAV production, investor reporting, transfer agency, custody operations, or related middle/back-office processes)
Financial Services Technology (e.g., platforms, infrastructure, system implementations, or digital transformation)
AI Enablement (e.g., GenAI adoption, process automation, AI-assisted workflows, or data-driven transformation)
Prior experience working in or alongside a dedicated Transformation Office or equivalent centre of excellence
