The Transformation Officer is an intellectually curious, analytically driven role at the foundation of the Transformation Office. Working as a core member of a transformation program team, this individual supports the delivery of discrete workstreams by conducting structured business analysis, gathering and synthesising operational data, mapping processes, engaging with subject matter experts, and producing clear outputs that drive informed decision-making and program progress. This is an ideal role for an early-career professional with the mindset of a consultant — someone who is energised by problem-solving, takes initiative to dig into the detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality, rigorous work. The Transformation Officer will work closely alongside global process owners, operations teams, and lines of business, gaining broad exposure to the firm's operations and technology landscape while contributing meaningfully to real transformation outcomes from day one.
