We're currently looking for a Transformation Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Maidenhead, or Düsseldorf.
Job Responsibility:
Drive and support high-impact, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
Structure complex business challenges and translate strategy into clear, actionable plans
Coordinate cross-functional projects across Commercial, Supply, Finance, and HR
Track progress against KPIs, milestones, and deliverables to ensure execution excellence
Identify risks early, remove roadblocks, and drive accountability across teams
Prepare and lead project meetings, decision forums, and progress reviews
Partner closely with the Chief Transformation Officer to shape and prioritize the transformation roadmap
Provide analytical insights and structured problem-solving to support key decisions
Maintain high-quality tracking of initiatives, ensuring accurate reporting in dashboards and tools
Support initiative leads with strategic guidance, coaching, and stakeholder alignment
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in management consulting, project management, or transformation/strategy execution roles
Proven experience working on complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments
Background in FMCG, retail, or consumer-facing industries is highly valued
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes across diverse teams
Hands-on, execution-driven mindset with high ownership and resilience
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and prioritizing in a dynamic environment
Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth company is a plus
