Job Description

We’re supporting a dynamic organisation within the digital communications and marketing services space as they undergo a key divestment project. They’re seeking a Transformation Lead to step in and manage a defined programme of work during a maternity leave period. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile project within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across technology, finance, operations, and legal to drive a business-critical separation initiative.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead a complex divestment workstream from planning through to execution
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables across multiple functions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective handoffs
  • Identify risks and remove roadblocks to maintain delivery momentum
  • Communicate regularly with senior stakeholders and ensure transparency in decision-making
  • Develop documentation and support knowledge transfer as part of the separation process

Requirements

  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and outcome-focused with a track record of delivering business change
  • Experience in divestments, carve-outs, M&A, or other complex transformations
  • Confident working with ambiguity and able to bring structure to loosely defined challenges
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A common-sense operator – not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed
