An Transformation Lead who, in close collaboration with the Program Manager Transformation, will be responsible for initiating, designing, and leading the major Transformation Plan. You will be the driving force in translating strategic objectives into a coherent, executable end-to-end transformation plan covering the full scope for the client.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the design and initiation of the Transformation Plan
Oversee the integration of systems and migration of business processes
Manage high-stakes vendor transitions and operating model shifts
Ensure all transformation activities remain compliant with industry regulations and internal standards
Translating strategic goals into actionable project workstreams
Managing complex interdependencies between data, systems, and people
Leading senior stakeholder management, specifically at the Executive Board (EXBO) level
Ensuring the transformation delivers measurable value and ROI for the client
Requirements:
University or HBO level education
~15+ years of relevant work experience, with a strong preference for a background in professional consultancy
Extensive project and programme management experience within financial institutions
Proven track record in managing stakeholders at the EXBO level
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Extensive knowledge of various methodologies, specifically Agile and Prince2
The ability to manage multiple high-priority streams simultaneously
Advanced professional skills in PowerPoint and Excel for executive reporting
Professional working proficiency in both English and Dutch is mandatory
