Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions
Project Management: Manage transformation projects from inception to completion, define scope and objectives, develop detailed plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks
Change Management: Execute change management plans, communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide training and support to employees, and evaluate the impact of changes

Requirements:

Business-level in Japanese communication, both verbal and written
