Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions
  • Project Management: Manage transformation projects from inception to completion, define scope and objectives, develop detailed plans, monitor progress, and mitigate risks
  • Change Management: Execute change management plans, communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide training and support to employees, and evaluate the impact of changes
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and department heads to understand needs, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with transformation initiatives
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish KPIs, prepare progress reports, analyze data for trends and issues, and identify areas for further improvement
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities for ongoing innovation

Requirements

  • Either of the following ① or ②: ① Proven track record in transformation initiatives in-house
  • ② Project Management experience in consulting side
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time
  • Business-level in Japanese communication, both verbal and written
